Important Information Before You Book
We want you to have the best day on the water possible! That means that it is important to preplan your day. There are a few steps you must take to make your adventure safe and enjoyable. For example, Florida law requires all vessel operators born on or after January 1st 1988 to complete a boater safety course. There are free options online to fulfill this requirement. You will be required to attest to your legal ability to rent any boat.
We Reserve all rights to refuse ANY rentals at the dock with NO refunds if the client has refused to provide REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION needed for our commercial insurance policy or they are their party does not demonstrate the ability to follow rental instructions and/or rules or safely operate the vessel.
If you are not legally able to operate a vessel in the State of Florida, or if you want to have a relaxing day on the water without the worry of being responsible, Captain's services may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
Additionally, you must agree to the rental terms. A copy of the contract is available for review below as well as important boating safety information.
IMPORTANT: The price shown does not include a mandatory liability insurance policy that covers your liability while operating one of our boats. There are several options to obtain this coverage. We work with Buoy Insurance to help you get covered. While we can not provide you a quote, we have found that most of our clients pay betwen $80-$100 per day for this coverage.
Our rental prices include the use of the boat and safety equipment only. It does not include the cost of fuel, food, drinks, ice, or any other comfort items. We may be able to provide any other items you need to make your day on the water the best it can be. Contact us for additional arrangements.
The rental price includes use of the boat from it's delivered location. Our boats can be delivered to one of the several locations listed below. If you would like to depart from another location, arrangements must be made in advance and may require additional fees.

Are you planning an extended stay and are interested in having a boat to use any time you want? This may be the best option for you. Many local vacation rentals have docks or boat lifts right at the property. Our boats are perfect to have right in your back yard and available for vacation fun! Best of all, we can deliver the boat right to your dock so it will be ready when you get here.

Cover yourself!
Accidents and other problems do occur on the water that would be the renter's responsibility. For this reason we strongly recommend renters obtain a BoatUS membership that includes Tow Service. This program covers you for any boat you captain for an entire year!
